Examining a New ASP.NET Web Application

Figure 12-2 shows how Visual Studio displays a new ASP.NET Web application. The exact combination and arrangement of windows on your computer will almost certainly be different, but the Solution Explorer window merits special attention.

Visual Studio displays Web projects in much the same way as Windows forms projects. However, note the Global.asax, Styles.css, and Web.config files.
