Theatrical films are the backbone of most filmmakers’ business plans. As the industry changes, however, the potential for artistic expression is growing far beyond the notion of a single theatrical. In recent years, many filmmakers have successfully specialized in documentaries, commercials, industrials, educationals, and infomercials, as well as cable, video, and DVD productions.
