So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What do I mean by nontheatrical? All of the following have some relationship to theatrical releases. In these cases, the primary distribution model is nontheatrical. The big question remains, “Where is the money?”
Perhaps a better way to state it is, “Who gets the money?” I have to assume that you bought this book with the intention of writing a business plan to raise money from other people.
