Jim is frustrated by his weekly status meetings. First, even though he likes to start Monday morning off with status, he moved the meetings to noon in order for Paulo to “attend” via video chat at a reasonable hour. But it’s Mitra that Jim really can’t understand. She keeps taking on new projects and accounts yet isn’t delivering results in a timely manner.
