If you have read or browsed your way to here, you have encountered concepts related to all the main elements of our Diamond Model: Who am I? What’s my strategic story? Can I sell my story? Can I organize to help not hinder? Can I lead change like a Change Master? And how do I think of results?
As I said at the beginning, the Diamond Model represents a generalized, flexible, robust model onto which you can add/integrate new insights without having to change your basic paradigm. I may, indeed, add chapters as time goes by. If you have suggestions for such, let me know. I hope you find the framework useful and easy to remember, hurray.
