When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Prototype Considerations
Whereas the wireframing phase was concerned with the business processes that are involved in the application, the prototype phase is concerned with design and delivery. These areas are more closely linked to the application that will actually be delivered because the decisions made around them will directly impact the design of the code model.
In an ideal world, every development team would have someone like Brody available to handle the design aspects of prototyping. It is practically impossible to overestimate the value of a trained graphic designer.
Unfortunately, only a small percentage of development shops are large enough to keep a designer on staff full-time. For the rest of us, design can be a difficult matter. ...
