Abstract
Genomic research aims to understand the incredibly complex DNA of humans and various animals, which contains over 3 billion building blocks. This field, known as genomics, explores all the genes in an organism, including different types of genetic elements. We use powerful next-generation sequencing technology to read all the DNA in an organism, including specific techniques like whole exome sequencing and whole genome sequencing. At the same time, machine learning, especially a powerful type called deep learning, has made significant strides. It has given us new and improved data analysis methods, which have been helpful in many industries, including biology. This has led to substantial progress in science. Deep learning inspires genomics because it can help us update important areas like clinical genetics and functional genomics. Deep learning methods are now used to create computer models, which are constantly improving. They are being used to answer a lot of essential questions in genomics. These ...
