I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

After reading lesson 21, you’ll be able to
- Write code that uses functions
- Write functions with (zero or more) parameters
- Write functions that (may or may not) return a specified value
- Understand how variable values change in different function environments
In lesson 20, you saw that dividing larger tasks into modules can help you to think about problems. The process of breaking up the task leads to two important ideas: modularity and abstraction.
