3. Unique Tools
If you’ve used any graphics application before, many of the tools you’ll use in Macaw will look familiar. We’ll cover those standard tools in Chapter 4, but first we want to introduce some of the tools and features that make Macaw unique and well suited to responsive web design. In other words, these are the parts we find exciting. Don’t judge.
If you want to have an idea of what we’re about to look at, Figure 3.1 shows a preview. We encourage you to have Macaw open and start trying it out as you’re reading through this book, even before we get into building projects.
