Now that you have seen several example servers for monitoring sensors and for controlling actuators, it’s possible to make various changes to such a server (illustrated in Figure 14-1). I mainly discuss sensors and measured variables, but actuators and manipulated variables can be handled in the same way (if not stated otherwise).
