Lesson 9. Working with Contacts and Contact Groups

In this lesson, you learn how to manage your Gmail contacts list and create groups of contacts for group email messages.

Viewing Your Contacts

Gmail lets you store information about the people, businesses, or organizations you most frequently email as contacts. Gmail’s contacts list is like an address book that you can use to quickly select recipients for new email messages.

To view the entities in your contacts list, follow these steps:

1. In the Gmail navigation pane, click the down arrow next to Gmail and select Contacts.
