So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Die Go-Testsuite ist schon von Anfang an Teil der Sprache. Wenn wir unseren Code testen möchten, müssen wir dafür keine weiteren Pakete oder Tools bemühen. Wir können einfach loslegen und unsere Tests direkt in Go schreiben. Mit dem Befehl go test und dem zugehörigen Paket testing aus der Standardbibliothek haben wir alles, was wir brauchen.
Die Tests werden in separaten Dateien im gleichen Verzeichnis wie der Code angelegt. Die Dateien haben die Endung _test.go. Der Name davor kann frei gewählt werden, jedoch hat es sich bewährt, dass wir die ...
