This chapter describes how to deploy containerized services using Cloud Run and App Engine. Cloud Run, an alternative to App Engine for running containers, is a managed, serverless service. App Engine is no longer included in the Associate Cloud Engineer Certification Exam Guide; however, it is still included in this chapter because it is still an option in Google Cloud and cloud engineers should be able to support App Engine services even if they are not asked questions about App Engine on an exam.
