1. Who to invite?

   • How many participants?

   • What type of a group do you want?

   • Who needs to be there?

2. What are their backgrounds and expectations?

   • What are their individual backgrounds?

   • What are their cultural characteristics?

   • How much information do they need?

3. What are they feeling?

   • What emotions do they feel?

   • How interested are they?

   • How is the timing for them?

   • Who needs a pre-meeting conversation?
