12.1 Introduction: Spectral Processors
This chapter introduces the use of time delays in systems to create spectral processors. These audio effects include various types of filters for equalizers. In Chapter 11, relatively long time delays were used to create audible echo effects. Here, relatively short time delays are used to create spectral processors.
