I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Discussing the project enhancement ideas
At the end of each hands-on project in Part 2, we provide you with a few ideas to extend the intelligence-enabled application. Here are a couple of ideas to enhance the Universal Translator:
- Allow users to save default source language and output voice preferences within the application. The user is likely to use his or her native language as the source language and may prefer the translated speech to match the his or her gender and voice.
- Add real-time transcription with Amazon Transcribe's Streaming Transcription feature. This feature can greatly reduce the user's wait time for the voice translation. At the time of this writing, the Python SDK does not support this feature, so your implementation ...
