Chapter 4: Understanding Models
This chapter will explain models in Azure Digital Twins. Models are the templates that define an Azure Digital Twin. We will learn how to manage models by creating, retrieving, updating, and removing models. We will also learn how to instantiate Azure Digital Twins based on these models via the Azure Digital Twins Explorer and by using a .NET console application. A smart building concept will be used to give you a better understanding of the model and what is required to model it.
By the end of this chapter, you will be able to design and manage your own models and create Digital Twins based on them.
