Routing

The last layer of the stack is routing. When multiple remote observables are active at the same time, then, on the consumer side, their events must be routed to the correct observer, and, on the provider side, the events must be routed to the correct network link.

Unlike framing and serialization, routing is not really something that has widely used implementations. It is also a topic on which much research has been done, with many available algorithms, but usually this part ends up with a specific implementation in each framework or application.
