This appendix contains a number of tools that can help you be more effective in forming a team, managing its progress, and handling typical problems. All the forms are adapted from Harvard ManageMentor, an online product of Harvard Business School Publishing.

  1. Defining Your Project (figure A-1). This form will help you uncover the issues and parameters at the core of your project.
