It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

PILOT PROGRAM GUIDE
If you are an Innovation Program Leader who has decided to use the High Velocity Innovation system for your next program, this section includes a checklist to help you get started.
This checklist assumes that you will pilot Rapid Learning Cycles as part of the High Velocity Innovation system, as described in Chapter Eleven. If that's true, then my second book, The Shortest Distance Between You and Your New Product, describes this method in much more detail than I could do in this book. You may also want to consider attending a public workshop from the Rapid Learning Cycles Institute to learn more about how to set up Rapid Learning Cycles in the most effective way.
