I know I used the phrase “like a boss” in the title here, and although I still use that phrase today, don’t go by me, because I also still regularly use phrases like “Whoop, there it is,” and “Who let the dogs out?” along with “Better safe than sorry,” “Whoops-a-daisy,” and “What you talkin’ ‘bout Willis?” So, clearly, I am “hip with the kids.” It just didn’t seem to me that “like a boss” was that old, but I just looked it up and that phrase started trending on Twitter back in 2009. Ouch! Do you know what the current version of Photoshop was back in 2009? It was Photoshop CS4!!! ...
