So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Return your calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner—even if it's just to respond that you saw their message and will get back to them. If you don't respond, people may feel like you're ignoring them. Where there's a void in communication, negativity will fill it. So make sure you fill the void.
