In Chapter 2 I said that a brilliant leader should create a credible vision of the future. This vision should encompass both the future of the team and the future of the team’s offerings. The four key elements of this vision should be:
- the team’s strategy;
- an action plan for implementing the team’s strategy;
- business plans for developing new and existing offerings;
- action plans for each offering.
