TextPad

Every hacker needs a good tool for viewing files of all types, and TextPad seems to be able to handle whatever is thrown at it with grace. Web application testing involves numerous file extensions with an array of content from script files to proprietary database formats and more.

TextPad is the only tool I know of that will open the Paros db file in a usable manner, which is one reason I recommend it.
