About the Author

Jacky Fitt, FRSA, born in North London, she studied stage design at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff. Her professional work within theater led her to work in TV and film production, including work with David Puttnam, Terence Davies, and Paul Greengrass. Following work with national UK broadcaster ITV, Jacky became a freelance copywriter, establishing Words to Fitt in 2002.

In 2007, Jacky cofounded the Big Ideas Collective with graphic designer Ned Hoste together with the publishing arm the Big Ideas Library in 2013. In 2015, Jacky was invited to speak at TEDx Pocklington, and her first book, How to Get Inside Someone’s Mind and Stay There, won the Small Business Book Awards, People’s Choice for Marketing. ...
