Our minds have two thinking systems. The intuitive ‘how I feel’ part and the rational ‘I’m thinking through the facts’ part. We need to get both working together rather than just either part (and it’s usually our opinion part that’s strongest) driving our thinking. Be aware of what you feel and what you know. Balance your opinion against the facts. Keep on questioning. Control your impulses.
