Figure 12.1 shows many good behaviors that lead to increased health and fitness. You probably performed some of them already, but maybe not all. The ones you do perform are likely habits, something you have been doing regularly for so long that you hardly think about it. It's an ordinary part of your life and schedule.

16 good behaviors are; Getting up from bed after a full sleep of 8 hours, cycling, regular health check up, exercise, proper intake of food, yoga, skipping, proper intake of water, doing meditation without stress, stretching, Nordic walking, jogging, avoiding cigarettes and beverages, taking healthy vegetables, intake of pills, and fresh juice and fruits.
