Project/Program Establishment

Project/program establishment is an organizational theme (see Figure 14.1). It is the least complex HybridP3M process, yet has a profound impact on projects and programs. Establishment is concerned with management positions as well as selecting the right staff consisting of various specialists. Establishment highly depends on the matrix approach of HybridP3M, elaborated in Chapter 2. This matrix approach identifies the organizational structure of the management team, divides roles, and suggests process responsibility tied to roles.
