Validating, enriching, and routing of payments
When a payment enters the Financial Transaction Manager for ACH System, it goes through a process of validation, enriching, and routing to its final destination. This payment process is described in this chapter.
The gateway server performs validation by using internal code and by calling business rules process server to perform other validation. When items are pulled from the warehouse, the gateway engine performs validation and enrichment by calling the business rules process server again.
