So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Global Mirror examples
This chapter provides examples that describe how to set up and manage a Global Mirror environment using the DS CLI and the DS Storage Manager GUI. The examples describe how to perform the following actions:
•Set up Global Mirror (paths, volume pairs, and sessions).
•Manage Global Mirror.
•Remove the environment.
•Manage a site swap from the production to the recovery site and back.
For C volumes, Space-Efficient volumes were used in the DS GUI example and Standard volumes in the DS CLI example.
