Configuring Remote Network SPNs
In this chapter, we will learn about remote network security processing nodes (RN-SPNs). We’ll see that there are some major differences between RN-SPNs and what we learned about SC-CANs in the previous chapter. We will learn the difference between the trust and the untrust zones and how security is applied in SPNs. This chapter will help you to understand which locations require an SC-CAN connection, an RN-SPN, or both.
