3. Process Effort in S/4HANA

The primary objective of the process teams is to develop and execute a business case for SAP S/4HANA. They are continually engaged throughout the S/4HANA implementation, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and project teams.

During the planning and assessment phase, process effort is focussed on conducting workshops with business stakeholders, developing a business case. Based on the fit-gap analysis, a list of customizations is identified. Then, a detailed functional design helps in the preparation of functional and configuration specifications.
