When all is said and done, the management team is held responsible for the organization’s performance. How well the organization performs is directly reflected in their promotions, salaries, and longevity with the organization. In this country, management’s exposures are limited to reduced salary or loss of position. In China, poor performance is dealt with in a much more hostile manner.
