Five Key Principles of CPM: Best Practices Model
This chapter provides the Five Key Principles core CPM process blueprint, definition, and discussion of key process roles and core best practices. It also contains selected innovative best practices from each of the case companies. Since over 130 new innovative best practices were identified, it will be more instructive to include all of them in their respective cases. This positioning provides not only strategic context but also a clear link to the comprehensive case discussion. CPM Core Process Blueprint and Key Roles
