Preface

The flight from Lihue to San Francisco is about five and a half hours and allows me some of my most productive work time. The phone doesn't ring, the dog doesn't ask to go outside, and my personal firewall doesn't start blinking because someone is trying to scan my computer. The flight attendant crews are starting to know me; I don't want any airplane food, I brought my own recycled water bottle filled with water from my own reverse osmosis filter, just let me write.
