How is text and image generation from generative AI useful for business users and creative professionals? There are many cases where we can get a productivity boost. Let’s talk about a few examples. Of course this is not an exhaustive list of use cases, but they should be enough to get you inspired and thinking in the right direction. We will also talk about the nuances of solution-first versus problem-first approaches later.

“Stock” Images

You can use generative AI like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or Midjourney to generate specific images for presentations, blogs, and articles. You may get mixed results depending on the subject, but it can save a lot of time from scrolling through Pixabay or Adobe Stock, or having to source from an artist you cannot budget for yet.

Stock photos can be a great tool if done right. They add visual setting for the audience and break up text walls. You want them to be relevant to the topic, however, and convey the intended tone. This can be hard to do by searching a stock image database, especially when your needs become specific.
