25.1 Sudoku Game

Sudoku is a number game with a $9\times 9$ board (81 cells) of numbers. Each row (of 9 cells) has numbers of 1, 2, …, 9. Each column (also 9 cells) has numbers of 1, 2, …, 9. Figure 25.1 (a) shows an example of a solution of Sudoku. The following are the three rules: Each number between 1 and 9 appears exactly once in the 9 cells of
