Appendix D. Unattended Setup
Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 is not installed by default when you install the Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 operating system. To simplify the setup process on multiple computers, you can set up IIS 6.0 while the server is unattended. To do so, you can either create and use an answer file to install IIS 6.0 at the same time that you install Windows Server 2003, or you can perform an unattended installation of IIS 6.0 after you install Windows Server 2003.
