Appendix J. Common Administrative Tasks Using IIS Manager

The three tables provided in this appendix list the location in this book of information about using IIS Manager to accomplish common administrative tasks. The tasks are categorized as follows:

• Table J-1 lists IIS Manager object-specific tasks for connection tree objects (application, server, site, and virtual directory).

• Table J-2 lists common IIS Manager tasks for application pools.

• Table J-3 lists common administrative tasks by IIS Manager feature.

In Table J-1, the tasks are grouped by the object to which they relate and then are ordered alphabetically within each grouping.
