About the Authors
Edward C. Baig is the former Personal Technology columnist at USA TODAY, a full-time contributor to AARP, and a tech pundit who makes frequent appearances on TV, radio, and podcasts, and at industry conferences. Ed is also the author of Macs For Dummies, 10th Edition, and cowriter (with Bob LeVitus) of iPad For Dummies. Before joining USA TODAY as a columnist and reporter in 1999, Ed was on the editorial staff at Business Week, U.S. News & World Report, and Fortune magazine.
Bob LeVitus, better known as “Dr. Mac,” has written or cowritten 90 popular computer books, selling millions of copies worldwide. His most recent titles include macOS Monterey For Dummies and GarageBand For Dummies, Second Edition for John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In addition to books, Bob has penned columns in the Houston Chronicle and Mac Observer for more than 20 years and wrote for pretty much every print magazine that ever included the word Mac in its title.
