Building Support Among Key Constituencies
Communications are key to developing support for your automation initiative. And, you'll need that support not only to get your proposal approved, but also to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the new technologies and processes. You must engage four constituencies very early in the process: IT staff, end users, management, and vendors.
