I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Model View Controller
Model View Controller (MVC) is a design pattern. Design patterns are programming constructs: simple structures that give some hint on how to solve some specific problems. The term, design pattern was coined and formally described in the book, Design Patterns, Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software, written by Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, and John Vlissides. The book defines a design pattern as a structure with a name, a problem, and a solution. The name describes the pattern and gives the vocabulary for the developer community to use when talking about these patterns.
