Here's a sample feature file written in Gherkin, that is free from any Java code resulting in a friendlier syntax for all. This is written as statements describing a feature containing one or more scenarios that we want to test. This basically contains the Given..When..Then construct, which describes a condition and action followed by an expected outcome.
A feature file called issues.feature, present under src/test/resources/feature directory:
