Implementing Kafka with a Socket.IO application

We are going to implement a simple JSON message-passing functionality in our real-time app via Kafka. We are planning to send random messages over a specific time duration to Kafka. All the consumers that are registered to Kafka will be receiving our message. As a receiver, we are going to use our real-time pinboard application, hence keeping the implementation as simple as possible.
