The Tessel board (in version 1) has an Arm Cortex-M3 processor with 180 MHz, 32 MB flash memory, 32 MB RAM, a built-in Wi-Fi module, a GPIO strip, four LEDs, two push buttons, one micro USB port, and four slots for adding external Tessel hardware modules.
