So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The active sprint mode
The active sprint mode for a Scrum board acts as the white board where all your story cards are placed. There are some key components that make up the board, namely the columns and swimlanes.
- Columns: The vertical columns are used to represent the state of a story card
- Swimlanes: The horizontal rows that help you to better categorize your story cards on the board
