Just as has occurred with other established frameworks, a collection of tools has sprung up around Vue. These tools facilitate the development of applications (such as code generation), prepare it for release or deployment (for example, compilation and packaging), or assist with debugging when the inevitable bugs creep in.
In this chapter, I’d like to focus on the latter two of these categories—build tooling, and debugging. Both are well served by official Vue tools, which we’ll be taking a look at.
