D.1 Planar Four-Bar Mechanism

The Appendix D.1 folder (which is available for download at https://www.routledge.com/p/book/9781032328317) includes the MATLAB file Dynamic_Planar_4Bar.m for the dynamic force analysis of planar four-bar mechanisms*. To conduct a dynamic force analysis, the user specifies the mechanism link dimensions, coupler force and follower torque gravitational constant, center of mass vectors, link masses, link mass moments of inertia, and the crank motion parameters in this file.
