I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Bisher haben wir beschrieben, wie man individuelle Container als Pods laufen lässt. Aber diese Pods sind im Prinzip einmalig aufgerufene Singletons. Meist wollen Sie aber mehrere Kopien (Replicas) eines Containers gleichzeitig laufen lassen. Dafür gibt es eine Reihe von Gründen:
- RedundanzMehrere laufende Instanzen sorgen dafür, dass Fehler toleriert werden können.
- SkalierbarkeitMehrere laufende Instanzen bedeuten, dass mehr Requests verarbeitet werden können.
- ShardingVerschiedene Replicas können unterschiedliche Teile einer Berechnung parallel durchführen.
Natürlich könnten Sie manuell mehrere Kopien eines Pods über mehrere unterschiedliche (wenn auch größtenteils gleiche) Pod-Manifeste erstellen, aber das ist mühsam und fehlerbehaftet. ...
