If a laptop computer were merely a miniaturized desktop computer, using one would be simple — providing you were miniaturized as well. That’s not the case.
As laptop evolution has demonstrated, users rejected a tiny PC as their portable computer of choice. So the modern laptop exists with all the capabilities of a desktop computer, but presented in their own unique way. It’s not that any item found on a laptop is weird; it’s just different from what you might otherwise be used to.
